Purpose

Set the time zone for the IDrive BMR device as per your location and ensure all backup operations run as per the required schedule.

Description

Go to Settings > Control Panel > Time Zone to configure the time zone for the IDrive BMR device according to your location. Before you change your time zone, stop any ongoing backup operations as updating time zone settings will restart the device. After the device restarts, the backup operations will commence as scheduled, as per the new time zone.

Configure the time zone of the IDrive BMR device

To update the time zone of the IDrive BMR device,

1. Choose your region from the Select Time Zone drop-down list.
2. Select your country and zone.
3. Click Save.
4. In the confirmation pop-up, click Confirm.
