Purpose

Enable easy monitoring of the health and status of your VMware server backups via email alerts.

Description

Update the email addresses in the Backup Report Notification section for receiving email notifications on backup operations of physical machines, virtual machines, and cloud transfer.

Backup notifications

To receive notifications on backups,

1. Go to the Settings page.
2. Go to Mail> Email Notification > Backup Report Notification.
3. Enter the required email address(es) in the Send backup report(s) to field, click and click Save.
