Description
The backup integrity check ensures that only reliable copies of data are stored during backup. IDrive BMR uses VMware’s API to verify the reliability of the backed-up data.
Backup integrity status of physical machines
To check the backup integrity of the latest backup for a virtual machine, navigate to Dashboard > VMware > ESXi/vCenter and check the Integrity section. The integrity status will be displayed as Good or Bad. The integrity status displayed for an ESXi or vCenter server backup is based on the individual integrity status of the last backed-up VM. The time of the last backup will be mentioned in the Last Backup Time section.
